General Study Design

  • The study was performed by providing several Test Items in an oral single administration.

  • Plasma THC concentrations were determined along time, for a period of up to 5 hours following administration.

  • No safety concerns were raised.

  • Animals: Sprague Dawley rats (3 – 6 rats/group), Either sex, Naïve, > 12 weeks old, >250 grams.
