In the trial, three different water-soluble CBD oral formulae were tested, #01, #02, and #03, 15 mg/Kg of the test subject’s weight, where the total dose was 10mL/Kg.CBD plasma concentrations were examined 1, 4, and 8 hours following a single-dose administration. Safety CBD safety in humans has been researched in multiple studies, suggesting that it is well-tolerated at doses of up to 1,500mg/day given orally, or 30 mg given intravenously. Further, daily doses of CBD (700mg) for 6 weeks did not induce any toxicity in patients being treated for Huntington’s Disease.
