A Study to Determine Pharmacokinetic and Safety Factors of Standard and Fast-Acting Gummies Containing Cannabinoids
General Study Design
The study was performed by providing several Test Items in an oral single administration.
Plasma THC concentrations were determined along time, for a period of up to 5 hours following administration.
No safety concerns were raised.
Animals: Sprague Dawley rats (3 – 6 rats/group), Either sex, Naïve, > 12 weeks old, >250 grams.
